Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara:
On Wednesday, 20 July 2020, Maruti Suzuki unveiled its new car Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is the global unyielding car. It is an intelligent electric hybrid car. The company has also launched Nexus on this occasion. It will be a digital world where customers will be able to book with the experience of car details.
Grand Vitara Features:
The Grand Vitara 2022 will be the first car in its segment to come with a self-charging electric hybrid variant. Maruti Suzuki will share the electric hybrid technology cleaner powertrain with Toyota.
\Toyota had earlier introduced the Urban Cruiser Hyder SUV with similar technology. The company shares most of its components for the new Grand Vitara SUV with the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
These SUVs are based on Suzuki’s Global C platform. This SUV will compete with SUVs like Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, MG Aster, and Tata Harrier in its segment in the Indian market.

Grand Vitara Engine:
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara offered two engine options. One is a 1.5-liter mild hybrid engine while the other is a new 1.5-liter strong hybrid engine. The robust hybrid engine has been developed in collaboration with Toyota.
The mild hybrid engine generates 100 PS of power and 135 Nm of torque. The mild hybrid engine will be offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The robust hybrid engine produces 115 PS of maximum power and will be mated to only one e-CVT automatic transmission.
Mileage of Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara:
The mileage of 21.11 km/pl has been claimed by the company with the mild hybrid engine. While Maruti Suzuki claims that with a strong hybrid engine, the Grand Vitara will give the highest mileage of 27.97 km/pl in its segment.
Look and Design:
The new 2022 Grand Vitara gets a sleek and muscular design. The large front grille and square wheel arches give the new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara a modern yet attractive look.
It has a split headlamp design at the front. It gets projector headlamps with LED daytime running lamps, plastic body cladding, and 17-inch wheels.
Maruti Suzuki will offer the Grand Vitara in 6 monotone colors and 3 dual-tone colors. It gets sleek LED tail lamps at the rear.
Grand Vitara Interior
The interior of this SUV has been done in a dual-tone theme of black and brown. In the robust hybrid variant, the seats have been designed in faux black leather with champagne gold accents.
Silver accent will be available in the Smart Hybrid variant. The Grand Vitara is the first vehicle from Maruti Suzuki to be offered with a panoramic sunroof.
Grand Vitara Price:
The pre-booking of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara started on July 11. This new SUV Grand Vitara can be booked for Rs 11,000. The company has not yet disclosed its prices. The prices of the Grand Vitara are expected to be revealed in August.
