While making dry fruit gelato, you will need almond milk, coconut cream, jaggery as per taste, dry fruits, and vanilla essence. Let us know the details of the complete ingredients for making dry fruit gelato.

  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 cup jaggery (as per taste)
  • 1 cup dry fruits (raisins, apricots, figs, dates, cherries)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews, walnuts)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


How to make dry fruit gelato

  1. Prepare dry fruits by cutting them into small pieces.
  2. Cut the nuts into small pieces.
  3. Now mix milk, coconut cream, and jaggery on medium flame.
  4. Keep stirring the mixture continuously until the jaggery dissolves completely.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the flame add vanilla essence and mix well.
  6. Let the milk mixture cool to room temperature.
  7. Once cooled, pour the mixture into a blender and add chopped dry fruits and nuts.
  8. Blend the mixture until the dry fruits and nuts are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  9. Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container and cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap.
  10. Place the container in the freezer and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  11. Now take it out in a bowl and garnish with chopped nuts or dry fruits.
