The moratorium on student loan debt relief is extended until the U.S. Education Department is not allowed to implement it.

The student loan payment pause has been extended until the litigation is resolved and a court order is received.

If the litigation is not resolved by June 30, 2023, payments will resume 60 days thereafter.

Borrowers will be notified before student loan debt relief payments resume.
