Rule 3- To fly a drone, it is mandatory for an institution or person to get a drone certificate.
Rule 4- The Drone Certificate is issued by the Quality Council of India or by their/Central Government.
Rule 5- Every drone has a Unique Identification Number (UIN), this UIN number should be kept with care.
Rule 6- A unique Identification Number (UIN) is mandatory for all new and already existing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Rule 7- If you ever want to sell your drone then you have to unregister it after selling it.
Provision of fine for flying the drone at a sensitive place. Flying a drone weighing more than 2 kg without permission will attract a fine of Rs 1 lakh.
2 kg. It is mandatory to take permission from the location and route to fly a drone of more than Rs.1 lakh or else a fine of Rs.
