LIC Share Price Today:

The shares of LIC have registered a huge decline for the fourth consecutive day.

LIC has lost its 5th Most Valuable Company position due to continuous decline in the last four trading sessions.

On Friday, the last trading day of the week, LIC shares closed at ₹826.25 on the BSE, down ₹14.50 or 1.72%.

The market cap of LIC on Friday stood at Rs 5,22,602.94 Cr . Which is Rs 77,639.06 Cr less than the market cap of the issue price.

LIC stock touched a lifetime high of ₹920 on Dalal Street despite opening at a discount on the first day.

On the second day, there was a flat response from investors in LIC's stock. But the volume remained in the stock.

Heavy selling pressure was seen in LIC shares on the third day and LIC stock registered a fall of more than 4%.

On the fourth day of the week on Friday, LIC recovered some of its previous losses but slipped around 2%.

On Friday, the last day of the week, LIC's shares have fallen by over 10% from their all-time high (918.95).

If compared to LIC IPO upper price band then LIC shares have declined by more than 13% as on today's position.
