LIC Mega IPO Last Day Detail

Life Insurance Corporation of India Mega IPO has been subscribed almost three times on its last day. 

LIC IPO has received the highest number of subscriptions in the reserved quota for policyholders and employees.

LIC mega IPO filled 2.94 times till the last day. It can be considered good in terms of its huge size.

The quota of policyholders got better response. About 6 times subscription has been received in the quota of policyholders.

Excellent subscription has also been received from the quota of employees. The quota of employees is filled about 4.32 times.

On the last day of LIC IPO, the share of eligible institutional buyers (QIBs) is 2.83 times, the share of non-institutional investors is 2.88 times.

Retail investors' quota is filled 1.95 times. According to experts, there is a possibility of change in the final figure of subscription.

Through LIC's Mega IPO, the Government of India is raising Rs 21,000 crore by selling its 3.5 percent stake.

The price band of Life Insurance Corporation of India was fixed by the government at Rs 902-949 per share.

The mega issue of LIC was open for general investors on 4 May 2022 and for anchor investors on 2 May.

LIC has already raised Rs 5,627 crore from anchor investors. According to experts, it can be a good investment.
