Get Help with Your Lifeline Service

Lifeline Support Center  timing hours: Lifeline Service is available 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET.

1- E-mail Service: If you have a question you can Contact LifelineSupport@usac.org to Get Help.

2- Phone you can Call Support Center for assistance at (800) 234-9473 (press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish).

3- If you are not able to receive help from your Service provider, you can contact your state’s utility regulator.

You can File a Consumer Complaint against your Lifeline Service provider company to the state’s utility regulator.
