Home remedies for acidity:

People often complain of gas or formation in the stomach as soon as they wake up in the morning.

This problem of the stomach is called acidity. Many people also feel the symptoms of migraine or headaches with it.

When there is excessive production of gastric acid in the stomach, it can cause severe headaches.

According to Ayurveda, acidity and migraine occur when pitta increases along with the air in the body or mind.

Ayurveda doctors believe that consuming tea or coffee first thing in the morning causes more inflammation in the intestine.

Consumption of tea or coffee irritates the lining of your intestine and increases pitta leading to acidity/migraine etc.

Consuming non-vegetarian food at dinner or in large quantities and starting the day with tea or coffee increases the problem of acidity.

For relief from acidity and migraine, one should start the day with a cooling herbal tea instead of tea/coffee.

o make herbal tea, take 1 glass of water, add 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp fennel, 5-7 mints, and 10 curry leaves.

Now boil on a medium flame for 3-5 minutes. In just 5 minutes your acidity and migraine pacifier tea is ready.
