Anant Investments holds 25.64 percent and Sachdeva holds 13.41 percent in Global Health Limited (Medanta).
In the last financial year 2021-22, the company's total income was Rs 2,205.8 crore and its profit was Rs 196.2 crore.
The money raised through the IPO will be used by the company for repayment of loans and for general business purposes.
Medanta was founded in the year 2004 by Dr. Naresh Trehan, a cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeon.
