Federal appeals court upholds Biden vaccine mandate

Biden vaccine mandate reinstates by Appeals court for federal employees. 

US President Joe Biden’s requirement that all federal employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 was upheld by a federal appeals court.

Federal appeals court ordering that a preliminary injunction issued against the requirement be eliminated.

By a majority vote of 2-1, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals waived off the injunction issued earlier in January by the U.S. district judge in Texas

This COVID vaccine mandate had exceptions for the religious or medical accommodations.

The White House had presented that more than 93% of federal employees had already received one dose of the vaccination.

The conservative justices against the policy found it an improper imposition on many Americans' life and health.
